Our Services

  • Design from concept to completion and product development. No job is too small.
  • Laser cutting of sheets or plates up to 16mm for mild steel, 10mm for stainless steel and 6mm for aluminium.
  • Tube cutting of 6 meter lengths of round tube or schedule pipe from 20mm diameter up to 150mm diameter-max. wall thickness of 8mm. We are also capable of laser cutting square tube, rectangular tube, channel sections and angle iron sections.
  • Precision CNC bending of laser cut parts whether it is a once off job or a large quantity of components with the flexibility to meet the tightest of deadlines.
  • Forming of laser cut components – we have the capabilities and facilities at our disposal to machine tooling to draw, emboss or flare all types of steel.
  • Rolling of laser cut parts up to 12mm.
  • Welding / assembly of laser cut parts.
